Venue Rental

The package includes the following:

Seven hours use of the indoor ballroom up to midnight

Up to 150 Clear Chiavari Chairs 

Up to (18) 60-inch round tables, (8) 8 feet rectangle (8) 6 feet rectangle 

(10) 30-inch Round Cocktail Table 

Setup of tables and chairs

Prep Kitchen (includes: ice machine, refrigerator, ample counter space for working, 4 compartment sinks, hand wash sink)

Access to Venue Wi-Fi

Cleaning Services Fee Is Required

A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required to secure your date and final payment 30 days before the event date.

A Security Deposit of $400 for incidental is required 14 days before the event date. Security Deposit is refundable with all requirements met.

All packages are subject to a 4% service charge.
